Plug In in FCK Editor

I have added the 'Spell Check' from radeditor as a plug in to FCK editor in a cold-fusion project. But the rad editor spell check takes a very long time to upload on client's machine.The browser used is IE8. However, it works fine in IE7. Could anyone please suggest some ways to improve the performance.
